Rosamund Lovell, Barbados, was not in Dominica to receive the Pharmacy Practice Pioneer Awards sponsored by Carlisle Laboratories. So it was presented in Barbados by CAP President, Bassil Scantlebury, who is also Sales Manager at Carlisle and Peter Bourne, Managing Director of Collins Ltd.
